As Transport Consultants, the AITAC Consultancy offers a variety of services to both the legal profession and the transport industry.
The Principal Consultant, Mr Marsh, is both a Member of the Institute of Traffic Accident Investigators, and an Associate Member of the Institute of Road Transport Engineers.
Mr Marsh is a highly experienced and independent Transport Consultant, having been acting in that capacity since the formation of the Consultancy in 1996. He holds numerous qualifications, these including accident investigation and reconstruction, tachograph instruments, tachograph chart analysis, vehicle technology/examinations, and training, and he is also the holder of a Certificate of Professional Competence in Road Haulage Operations.
The Services that are provided include the following:
- Operators Licensing – assistance with applications, variations etc.
- Training – for Drivers, vehicle Operators, and Transport Managers, in relation to Operators Licensing, Compliance Systems, and Road Transport Legislation, including Tachographs and Drivers Hours, the Working Time Directive etc.
- Operators Licence Compliance Audits and Reports
- The provision of advice, guidance, and representation in connection with vehicle Operators called to appear at a Traffic Commissioner's Public Inquiry, or wishing to Appeal against a Traffic Commissioner’s decision.
