Our Principal Consultant, Mr Marsh, is an independent Transport Consultant, and has a wide knowledge and considerable experience with relation to Traffic Commissioner’s Public Inquiries. He has built up an excellent reputation representing Operators and Applicants at such Inquiries, and is well known to all the Traffic Commissioners in England and Wales.
The Public Inquiry process can be complex, and the powers exercisable by the Traffic Commissioner may allow him to take action which can directly affect the operation of vehicles and, in some circumstances, lead to an Operators Licence being revoked with consequential action being taken against the Operator themselves and/or the Transport Manager.
