The AITAC Consultancy provides services to both the legal profession, and to the transport industry, in the varied and specialist fields of Road Accident Investigation and Reconstruction.
The Principal Consultant, Mr Marsh, is both a Member of the Institute of Traffic Accident Investigators, and an Associate Member of the Institute of Road Transport Engineers.
Mr Marsh has been actively involved in the field of Road Accident Investigation since 1985, and holds numerous qualifications in the field of accident investigation and reconstruction, tachograph instruments, tachograph chart analysis, and vehicle technology/examinations.
The Services that are provided include the following:
- Reviewing evidence including other expert reports and AI calculations
- Accident Locus reports & plans
- Vehicle Examinations
- Tachograph chart and digital data analysis/evaluation
- Provision of Expert Investigation Reports
- Expert Witness testimony for the Courts
Detailed estimates as to the likely maximum fees involved will be provided on request, these including the provision of estimates in a format acceptable to the Legal Services Commission.
The Consultancy can also offer a non-chargeable service which provides an initial review and evaluation of the available evidence, and the production of a short report detailing findings and observations.
