The principal consultant, Mr Malcolm John Marsh, formed the Consultancy in 1996, following his retirement from the Police Service.

Mr Marsh is both a Member of the Institute of  Traffic Accident Investigators, and an Associate Member of the Institute of Road Transport Engineers, and has been actively involved in the field of Road Accident Investigation since 1985.  He holds numerous qualifications in the field of accident investigation and reconstruction, tachograph instruments, tachograph chart analysis, and vehicle technology/examinations, and is also the holder of a Certificate of Professional Competence in Road Haulage Operations.

Mr Marsh has many years experience providing representation at Traffic Commissioner’s Public Inquiries, and regularly provides Expert Witness testimony at both Criminal and Civil Court proceedings.
